You take your life in your own hands, and what happens? A terrible thing, no one to blame. - Erica Jong

I found this quote somewhere amongst my "saved quotes". I find it one of the most bold and powerful things that one person can do, yet it is so hard for most. Most people want to blame others for their problems. Most times they have a parent, sibling, ex-partner, or boss to blame for their problems. "Life is too hard", or "I am just unlucky" are terms they often use.

Or maybe it's the government, or racism, or the cops, or the economy. It's global warming, or the opposite political party, or inequality, or sexism.

Whatever the excuse is, it is used so that the person can sleep at night. So that they can justify their state. So that they don't have to reflect inward. But it is false, and in fact, when you place your power in someone else's hands, all that is is swallowing a pill of self-pity. To blame others allows for you to give excuses, or reasons as to why you can't get out of the state that you're in.

But I'm here to tell you that there is no one that is holding you down. There is no system, person, principle, gender, race, sexual preference, doctor, movement, border, jail cell, criminal record, mental illness, physical ailment, or anything else that exists that can possibly regulate, control, suppress, enhance, or keep you in the state you are in, or move you into another state.

The power is within you.

God is man, and man is God, and his power is activated throughout our thoughts, or imagination. All it takes to get out of a state, and into another state, is to simply imagine that you are there. To feel the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

It is of man's inherit power to bring forth, and consume. To create, and to destroy. God is inside our human imagination. And anything we dwell upon, anything we assume, anything we believe -- will be made manifest into reality. When we believe that someone else is in control of our live, that is when we relinquish our power to exit a state, because we are believing that. But when we simply know that we are in complete and total control of our lives, we then automatically and completely are able to consume a state, and enter into a new.

To consume, I mean to abandon. So when we are focused on a state, or if we are constantly thinking about fears, doubts, lack, and everything that is of a negative mindset, we will manifest those things, because we are focused on them -- and in the same light, those things that we would not be focusing on -- such as things of Power, of Might, of God, of Freedom, and Peace, will be consumed.

If you truly look at your thoughts -- your inner conversations, your imaginal acts, the words that proceed out of your mouth, you will understand exactly why you are in the situation you are in right now. There is no separation or difference between what you have thought, what you are thinking, and all of the events that have transpired in your life.

Proverbs 23:7 King James Version (KJV)

7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.

You must analyze your life -- consider all of the thoughts, fears, ideas, and everything else that penetrates your imagination, such as daydreams, and think about what state you are in right now. Is there a connection? Are you in poverty, but all you can think about is how you have nothing? Are you wanting a partner, but all you can think about is how no one likes you? Once you can do this, then you will see the absolute connection between your thoughts, and your reality.

After that, consider which came first? Did the negativity come first inside of you? Or did the event happen which triggered it? This analysis is more tricky, but I can assure you that the thoughts came first. The reason I know this is because for my entire life, I had thought that it was the opposite. I thought that I was negative because of what other people did to me -- because of the events that happened in my life -- that I was a victim. But when I started to change what I was thinking, what I was feeling, what I was imagining, what I was allowing myself to entertain my mind with, the movies, the media, the conversations I've had with people, my activities, what I was researching, what my values were, etc., I realized that everything began to change once I changed my mind.

I am now in a state of abundance. I am free, and I have no one to blame. I know that through God inside my human imagination that this entire world is but a shadow of my thoughts. But it takes courage to break through and realize that you are the sole creator in your life. But it must be done if you are to have freedom. Do not blame anyone anymore for your misfortunes. You are the only person to blame. But there is a solution, and it will change the course of your physical reality.

Be cognizant of what you are allowing your mind to entertain. Do not dwell on anything that is considered negative or of lack. Only think of things which bring you peace, freedom, love, joy, wealth, health, and anything else that would make you feel Godly. Any time a thought comes up of negativity, replace it with a positive thought.

During your day, enter into your imagination and visualize the successful end. Figure out your desires, and conjure up imaginal acts that would take place FOLLOWING the fulfillment of your desire. For instance, if you wanted to receive a raise, imagine telling your friends and family about how it was given to you! Or if you wanted to be married, imagine yourself laying in bed next to that person, with a wedding band on your finger.

Enter the fulfilled desire, and remain therein. Feel the tones of reality, and enter into the scene in first person. Believe that what you are doing, while you are in this imaginitive state that you are creating your reality. And feel everything you would feel if you were actually there. Repeat the scene until it takes on the tones of reality, that is, until it feels real, natural, and as if you really experienced it. When you dwell upon these things, your future will inevitably change.

Philippians 4:8 King James Version (KJV)

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Analyze your beliefs, assumptions, and ideas -- and make a definitive plan to have explicit inner conversations about your successful life. Think of who you would talk to, and have imaginal conversations with them about your fulfilled desires. Remember, what you are to imagine is supposed to be FOLLOWING the fulfilled desire, a scene that would exist IF and ONLY IF your desire had been fulfilled.

If you are believing that money is hard to come by, then that is true for you, so you must change it. Instead imagine and tell yourself that money is so easy to come by that you have far too much of it, and that you and all of your loved ones are so happy because you're able to help them, since you have so much.

Imagine that you are strong, imagine that you are successful, imagine that you are wealthy, imagine that you are persistent, loved, charming, very important, and assured. Whatever it is that you believe in your heart, and whatever it is that you think about, you will become that -- there is nothing in this world that is impossible. So imagine the end, remain faithful to the state, when conflicting things come up -- know that it has already been done!

One last thing, and I will leave you with some biblical verses to back what I am saying, but remember that every single thought, every single idea, every single imaginal act, every inner conversation MUST BE CREATED, for God is not mocked, and all of the words that proceed out of your mouth (God's mouth), or inside your imagination, MUST come to pass UNLESS you counter it with a more powerful imaginal act or desire.

Isaiah 55:11 King James Version (KJV)

11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Mark 9:23 King James Version (KJV)

Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Romans 8:28 King James Version (KJV)

28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Joel 3:10 King James Version (KJV)

Let the weak say, I am strong.

Matthew 4:4 King James Version (KJV)

4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
