Is there a recommended video I should watch to start my journey here?

Hi. It's been a couple of weeks since I stumbled on Athena's YouTube channel, actually the word manifest would be the right as it was shortly after a conversation with my guides asking for the absolute truth of where I'd been going wrong with manifesting that her channel appeared (it's been about 20 years since finding out about Law of attraction) I'm starting to manifest really small things but I would like to know if there are any videos I should be looking at first? Also, is there a recommended hypnosis video for dealing with all the gaslighting that I had put myself through (20 years of the wrong approach where there is still a feeling of this not working)? 😊 Thank you 🙏

    List Method by myself or Athena Raven is a great way to quickly level up in manifesting. Also, not sure about the hypnosis though!

      I've added another question regarding the list method. I'll be honest, the intially results with the list method have not been encouraging, but I go into more detail in the question so hopefully that'll provide enough context to be helpful. 😊
