Free London Flat

The journey toward Free London Flat begins.

I found a flat I fell in love with but it was too expensive so I let it go but kept an eye on the block I didn't know I would live in the building beyond doubt but I knew it was what I wanted.as it was a warehouse style flat, I kept looking for this building and did find a cheaper one on the lower level, although I still wanted the original one I saw I let it go and put an offer in on the lower one and it was accepted.

the agency then went quiet and stopped contacting me, when I called them they said the owners had gone with a slightly better offer. and failed to tell me. This was mortgage and I was a cash buyer. I let it go and started looking outside the block.

then my parents contacted and said one had popped up in the block, it was the identical layout of the original one I loved but cheaper. I went to see it and as this was happening they found out the block had grenfell cladding on so the entire block was now unmortagebale. A lot of the properties that had previously sold (including the one I lost) fell through and went back on the market. I put a really low cash offer in of 200,,000 less than the original identical flat had been on at and it was accepted. So I ended up with the exact copy of th one I first fell in love with. I did a lot of making peace and letting go whilst still having a dream, I did no active manifestation.
