Automatic action, or unconscious action, is the type of action that is taken to fulfill a manifestation. Just as the people whom are not aware that they are a part of our manifestation, they fulfill them unaware. This is the same type of action that is necessary to the fulfillment to our desires. If you have consciously manifested before, think back to the times where you have experienced manifestations in this world. At a certain point, we had to meet our manifestation half way — to receive in. Yet, we had no idea that we were moving toward our end goal. We were moving automatically, thinking that we were moving toward something else, but we actually were moving toward the fulfillment of our desire.

Over the last few days I have been contemplating "working out."  I was thinking about it, imagining it, and feeling the feeling of the body I desired to be — and acting as if I already had it. I did this for a short time, and then I dropped it. The reason I did this is because I was completely unmotivated to do so. Yet, over the last three days, at least ten people had brought to my attention the idea of working out. Whether it was the extremely juiced up guys that I saw at my meeting, or today my friend Austin to invite me to work out with him, or the girl that said, “Working out yesterday was the best thing I could have done for myself. I hadn’t done so in so long, yet it made me feel completely amazing.” It was so profoundly obvious, that even my friend Matt said to me, “Hey Joe, did you realize that woman was talking about exercising when you were telling me earlier that it was appearing everywhere?”

That lady had no idea that she was fulfilling my desire. Nor did I know that I was going to a place where that lady would do so. This type of automatic action is exactly what I am talking about. The opposite to automatic action is willpower. Willpower is what we do not want to do. This is false action, when we are trying to force God to give the manifestation to us, in a way that we think is best. It does not work this way.

Our manifestations must come automatically, and naturally. This is the way our manifestations have unconsciously been coming to us our entire lives, and thus we must emulate this natural process by allowing the thing we have desired to come to us. There are no exceptions to this. If you are forcing the desire to come to you, then you will be met with great resistance. We do not know when or how the manifestation will come, although we sometimes get wind of it through signs and synchronicities, but we must relinquish our desires and thus “forget” them, in order for us to be moved automatically toward them. I have noticed a distaste from God when it comes to trying to force out manifestations into existence. They always come perfectly, and so we must allow them to do so. Neville says the same thing.

Conscious action is contrary to automatic action. Have you ever noticed that when you try to take action that is not prompted through automatic action that things backfire? Ever notice that when you interfere with a manifestation, or try to move it yourself that you are met with great resistance? This is because you are not allowing it to come automatically. We must not take forced action, lest we pay the price of resistance. If I look back on my greatest manifestations, I can trace them all back to allowing them to flow naturally, and effortlessly. That is how manifestations are supposed to come -- through miraculous movement of this world.

When you imagine -- feel it real and then drop it. That way if it is not in the forefront of your mind, then you can allow for the subconscious to direct you toward your end. When this happens, and you begin to move toward your goal, then you will know that it is perfect, and that you can reach out and grab it.
