What does "living in the end" look like on an ordinary Tuesday?

Everyone talks about the big scenes — the wedding, the keys, the launch. I'm more interested in how you carry the end state through grocery runs and commutes. What are your small anchors?

Following this — same question came up in my practice last week.

I revise the feeling first, then the event rewrites itself. Try it tonight.

The falling-asleep-in-the-scene part is what most people skip. Well said.

Saving this. Day 3 of the mirror protocol and mornings already feel different.

Great question...its all I ever feel I do aha... mmmm...small anchors....just feeling the amusement and the gratitude and the meaning in these seemingly more mundane experiences and continuously feeling that sense of expectation for the treats that are to come...recognising these are my rest days, these are my building and preparing my vessel days to be ready for these more magnificent events.... appreciating the little adventures , allowing myself to be fed and nourished and rested and invested in .. So I can be ready available and grounded for what is to come right into my reality when least expect it because I Am. It Is. And So, Aum. Thank you.
