Beginner Success with List Method

What I wrote: I got good news about [friend's name] health. What happened: I got a message from them about their test results, "metastases markedly decreased", "lung mass decreased in size" How long did it take: Less than ten days. I think I made some mistakes the first day or two of the list, and I'm not sure the first 7 days have passed, so I haven't looked back to see when I wrote this one. I want to add, this is so much bigger than me. I don't think of it as my manifestation. I just removed my bit of friction from their healing.
